LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - Mar 16, 2016) - Media placement and film marketing finance company Media Funding Partners, LLC (MFP) announced today that it has just completed presenting at the 2016 Winston Baker Film Finance Forum. Headlining the session was MFP's Founding Partner Steve Soffer who presented "P&A 3.0: NEW Approaches For Financing Movie Marketing."
Chosen because of the innovative funding model, Soffer covered the past, present and future of funding movie marketing campaigns. Media Funding Partners also announced an increase in funding commitments, with MFP seeking to expand its 2016 slate and work with independent producers and domestic distributors with P&A budgets ranging from $1 million to $30 million on the high end.
Founding Partner Steve Soffer made the announcement after speaking at the forum saying, "Our model is unique in the industry. Since we are both a buyer of ad media and an investor in the advertising side of the P&A equation, we are able to use our media buying relationships and provide beneficial leverage and risk mitigation to our producer and distributor partners." Soffer also stated, "We are pleased to have the resources to make an additional funding commitment in 2016 in addition to the two projects we have already identified for 3rd and 4th quarter this year."
