Mike The Pike Productions is invested in the film with a notable equity stake (it’s most recent K-1 shows an 11.3% stake in the film’s profits after a 115% recoupment of original investment. The Company anticipates a lucrative return given the project’s immense production value, particularly the visual effects supplied by Locsmandi’s team at Filmworks FX.

Ryan and Clay concocted a fresh spin on a classic tale and Locsmandi and his team rounded it out with state-of-the-art visual effects. My hopes are that the film will serve as a springboard for all involved and I’m proud to mark it as my feature debut. I am working diligently to bring shareholder value to the company and will be announcing our path there as our advisors see fit.
